Hi,
We have a new install of W2K03. Added Sharepoint SP1. At this point, we
cannot access Sharepoint Central administration. "Server Error in '/'
Application" showing as a runtime error. What can be done to begin
troubleshooting

Look at WSS FAQ item III.68 "I'm getting "Server Error in
'/<application-name> Application - what's my problem?
"

Hi Mike,
Great Web site! - Thanks. The issue here is that I can't get to Sharepoint
Central Admin to make the exclusions. Attempts to Browse in IIS and through
IE get the same message. There is no application name given in the message.

You could see what other hits you get with the main part of this message on
the WSS FAQ site.

This item was what seemed most likely on the first page of (5) hits, but I
think there are a couple of KB articles on the next page of hits.
